We have various binders of information (and How To) regarding record keeping, file management, Tomrims, etc. but not one single handbook.

The township book is a great helper for county clerks, too.
The Florida Association of City Clerks has a free handbook.

It's great to see what everyone else is doing. I'm wondering if those entities without one have considered bringing it up to the state association to suggest creating one.

Texas has a Municipal Clerks Handbook that is sold to members. The handbook is to large to share.
The Local Government Managers Association in the province of British Columbia produces manuals (that I use as a clerk) specific to local government elections and records management. They are available for purchase and updated annually or when there are significant changes to the legislation. There is nothing specific to clerk positions.
I would love to have one, but infortunately we don't have one.
North Carolina has the MORE handbook, which stands for Minutes, Ordinances, Resolutions, Etc.
Our Association in Saskatchewan does not hava a handbook for its members. The Province provides some guides and resources on it s website.
I think that an organization based handbook is a terrific idea.
